This summer, art curator Daniela Alexandra Kuehling presents "Collectible Art Ibiza," a groundbreaking series that seamlessly merges world-class contemporary art with the vibrant, eclectic spirit of Ibiza.The inaugural exhibition will showcase the breathtaking works of Halim Flowers, kicking off with a spectacular vernissage on May 9, 2025, at the renowned Paradiso Art Hotel.

This immersive exhibition will remain open to the public for a month, providing a rare opportunity to experience Flowers’ dynamic art in a uniquely intimate and creative environment.

The grand opening will feature a live painting performance by Halim Flowers himself, accompanied by a DJ set, creating the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable evening of art and music. This exclusive event is free and open to the public, offering guests the chance to engage with the artist and his work in a truly special setting.

Halim Flowers is a visionary artist renowned for his ability to merge vibrant colors with abstract expressionism, creating emotionally charged works inspired by nature and the fleeting beauty of life. His latest collection promises to captivate both viewers and collectors, providing an evocative glimpse into hisartistic world.

In 1997, at the age of 16, Halim was arrested and sentenced to two life terms. His transformative journey was documented in the Emmy Award-winning filmThug Life In DC. In 2005, he founded his own publishing company, through which he has released 11 books.

After serving 22 years, Halim was released from prison in 2019, receiving prestigious accolades such as the Halcyon Arts Lab and Echoing Green fellowships. In 2020, he signed with DTR Modern Galleries as a visual artist. His works have been commissioned for notable events, including the Queen of England’s Platinum Jubilee, the 2024 wedding of Princess Martha Louise of Norway, and Warner Brothers’ centennial celebration. Halim has also participated in panel discussions with the Milken Institute, Silicon Valley Bank, and Blackstone.
